RepairKL was born in 2021 when our founders spent weeks trying to get a broken washing machine fixed in Kuala Lumpur — calling dozens of repair shops, getting different prices every time, and waiting days for technicians who never showed up.
We realised the problem wasn't a lack of skilled workers. Malaysia has hundreds of thousands of capable professionals. The problem was that there was no trusted platform connecting them with customers in a transparent, fair way.
So we built one. Starting with washing machine and fridge repair, we added dryer repair, aircond servicing and aircond installation. Today, thousands of households across the Klang Valley trust RepairKL with their home appliances.
