What horsepower aircond do I need for my room?

As a rough guide, 1HP suits small bedrooms, 1.5HP suits medium rooms and 2HP or more suits large living areas. Sun exposure and ceiling height also matter, so we confirm during the site survey.
Can you install an aircond I bought myself?

Do you relocate airconds when moving house?
